Amateur Graphic Design seems to be a hot business these days, with people making "sigs" for others all over webforums and similar places. I can do that type of work and much more, including banners, logos, digital editing ("Photoshopping"), etc.

I don't have Photoshop, but I do have Paint Shop Pro, and I know how to use it well! : )
